Job SummaryThe Innovation and Process Engineering Officer is responsible in supporting the design, evaluation, and implementation of process improvements and innovative solutions across the Branch Banking network. The role contributes to operational efficiency, service quality enhancement, and the adoption of new technologies aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct process reviews, mapping, and analysis to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.
Develop and document As-Is and To-Be process flows using standard methodologies.
