Sr. HR Generalist

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently seeking a strategic and people-focused Sr. HR Generalist to join our corporate office in Westmont, IL. This role will primarily focus on employee relations, HR compliance, and HR administrative support. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented HR professional who can build strong relationships across all levels of the organization while ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

This role is paying $60-65K base.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding routine employee relations matters and policy questions, providing guidance and support while fostering a professional, positive, and productive work environment
