Provide operational excellence for all employee life-cycle related activities that include but not limited to personal file, onboarding, probation, change job, promotion, termination, retirement etc. to meet daily business needs.Be key user for E-sign platform for HR function, could provide processes and operations guidance to internal and external customers, and also play the SME role for the new E-sign requests with collaboration with LIPC.Support and advice ELC relative procedures are well designed, communicated and followed.
