Sr Finance Productivity Leader

**Job Description Summary**
Senior finance manager responsible for reporting, problem solving, and influencing productivity results across manufacturing plants and the supply base. This role requires a leader with a strong background in operational finance and project management. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to mine and implement initiatives to drive productivity across make and buy parts.

**Job responsibilities:**

+ Partner with operating and finance teams to execute implementation of productivity initiatives across component plants and part families
+ Drive standard work, action plans, and rigor surrounding productivity tools through use of FLIGHT DECK
+ Utilize FLIGHT DECK to problem solve and create countermeasures for achieving targets
+ Collaborate across supply chain at site level to drive adoption, accountability and progress for productivity initiatives
