Sr. Finance and Accounting Specialist (Mandarin)

Job Summary

The Sr. Finance and Accounting Specialist will handle financial reporting, daily accounting operations, and serve as a key bridge between Head Office (Chinese) and local branch. Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency (reading, writing, and communication) is essential to ensure smooth coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial and regulatory reports using established templates.
• Support daily accounting operations, including expense reimbursements, vendor payments, and minor bank reconciliations.
• Interpret and translate financial documents/notices between Chinese and English to support internal coordination.
