Sr Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering related field: Mechanic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil, etc. or equivalent experience in the field (Electrical engineer preferred)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance management or general supervision
Experience supervising technical personnel and external contractors
Knowledge, Skills and Certifications
Bilingual 80%
Knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
CAD drawing (AutoCAD)
Budget preparation and administration of resources
Knowledge of project management
Knowledge in Six Sigma approach and lean tools related to maintenance
Desired experience with SAP and CMMS software
Knowledge of codes and regulations related to the field (e.g., STPS, SEDE, NFPA, IESNA, etc.)
Project Management skills
