Vacancy Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Sr. Executive – Payroll to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, and that all payroll operations comply with company policies and relevant laws.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in managing end-to-end payroll processes for 450 employees
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and internal policies
-Prepare and review payroll reports, audits, and reconciliations
-Support month-end and year-end payroll closing procedures
-Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors
-Handle escalated payroll queries and provide resolutions
-Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records
-Stay up to date with changes in legislation impacting payroll and Software
