In this role, you will impact by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
You will report directly to our Sr. Director PMO Excellence and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday – Friday.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Drive deployment and adoption of standardized execution methodologies, including DFSS, HOS, Lean, Agile, and NPI lifecycle processes.
+ Lead compliance, audit readiness, and process maturity initiatives across business units.
+ Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and automate execution workflows.
+ Partner with business and commercial leaders to improve pipeline sufficiency, growth visibility, and launch readiness.
