Sr Engineering Manager - PTR Unit Design for Quality Leader /CTH

**Job Description Summary**
Approve the PTR PL project Engineering Technical solutions, Support FMEA for Design critical requirements and Design for Quality (DFQ). Participate and lead Design reviews and Factory reviews.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Expert in understanding and analyzing the customer specifications.
+ Lead the team to be in full adherence with PTR Processes, Design Rules and Tools (Common Design Concept (CDC) and Common Production Concept (CPC)).
+ Coordinate critical Engineering requirements with PTR Technology team.
+ Leading audits on the use of engineering tools, rules as well as the engineering quality process
+ Attend and lead engineering & production reviews to ensure error free designs & reliable products.
+ Validate during the Design Review Process the designs produced for the Unit.
