Responsibilities
- Deliver facilities operation & engineering services, building/office space management services, and facilities equipment asset maintenance management to enable manufacturing operations.
- Operate, monitor and maintain, troubleshoot, repair and replace facilities mechanical components and systems such as electrical equipment, HVAC, chemical, energy, ultra water & waste water treatment.
- Hire and oversee outside contractors such as electricians, elevator repairmen, grounds maintenance workers, painters, plumbers and roofers.
- Maintain and secure facilities equipment asset.
- Develop and implement capital improvement projects, such as construction, remodeling, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and facilities, including preliminary concept development, detailed engineering design and bidding.
