Summary
The Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer serves as a technical authority for engine driven rotating equipment packages- including gas/diesel engines driving compressors, pumps, and generators. The role supports specification, design, vendor review, testing, troubleshooting, and lifecycle engineering for packaged rotating machinery used in industrial and energy applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Technical Leadership
- Lead selection, specification, and evaluation of engine driven equipment packages.
- Develop/review datasheets, specifications, requisitions, and vendor documentation.
- Review performance curves, vibration analyses, design calculations, and engine ratings.
- Ensure compliance with API-614, ISO, ASME, and OEM standards.
- Support controls narratives, control system checks, and test procedure development.
