Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group President, Power Solutions Group, the Senior Director of Module Development will play a crucial role in developing the next generation of high‑power modules for onsemi’s power products. Flawless execution is a core value of the engineering organization, and this leader will define and deliver the roadmap to fulfill business objectives. The role is instrumental in delivering high‑quality products to the market ahead of the competition by designing high‑power modules for multiple markets including automotive, industrial and AI.

• Work closely with customers and cross‑functionally with all engineering and product management teams while ensuring complete alignment with the manufacturing teams; deep understanding of module development using power discretes, material science, packaging architectures, electromechanical and thermal modeling, simulation and design for manufacturing.
