Sr. Director of Development

Position Summary


The Senior Director of Development leads and manages revenue strategy, major gifts, grants, foundations public and private, sponsorships, major fundraising events, annual fund advancement. This position is responsible to identify funding goals, manage major gifts engagement, sponsorship, and donor data with the goal to support the organization’s mission to empower older adults to live, active, and independent lives.


This leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic fundraising plans, providing and executing goals to meet benchmarked deadlines. Manages donor and community sponsorship advancement, securing financial support, and strengthening organizational sustainability.
