• Recruit, on‑board, and coordinate training for the APAC MSLs and Senior Managers.
• Lead all aspects of the performance‑management process for the APAC MSL team.
• Ensure the manager(s) and MSL team are aligned and collaborating with key Alcon functions to optimize support.
