Sr. Director, Infrastructure Operations

Position Summary (Purpose of job): The Senior Director, Enterprise Infrastructure Operations is accountable for the stability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of all enterprise infrastructure services across on-premises and cloud environments. This role ensures operational excellence for compute, storage, backup, and cloud-hosted workloads, while leading managed service providers (MSPs) and internal teams to deliver reliable, secure, and compliant services at scale. This leader owns Infrastructure Operations, ensuring services are resilient, measurable, and continuously improved to meet business and clinical needs.
