Sr Director Aerospace Business Development

* Perform business development across all CoorsTek aerospace offerings and has commercial ownership inclusive of strategic market mapping, account strategies and market development objectives* Closely link CoorsTek R&D capabilities and investments with growth opportunities* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of broad market trends, as-well-as granular technical needs at target customers, to shape the engagement approach for existing and new customers* Manage the business development process with a focus on identifying and growing targeted market areas and associated critical accounts. Prioritizes growth opportunities based on proprietary business insights and creates strategic plans to meet CoorsTek aerospace growth and profit objectives* Engage with government organizations (DoD, DoE, National Laboratories, etc.) interested in supporting programs, including funding for next-generation R&D and manufacturing scale-up; this includes building awareness of CoorsTek capabilities...
