The Impact You Will Have

The Sr. Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for owning the design, delivery, and maintenance of People and Culture (P&C) reporting and business analysis. This role serves as the subject‑matter expert on workforce data—driving reporting strategy, ensuring data integrity across P&C systems, and providing consultative guidance to senior leaders that shapes how the organization makes people decisions. As a senior team member, you will partner cross‑functionally with business analysts and operational leaders across Softchoice to combine people data with business performance data, turning insight into action. You will lead end‑to‑end analytics initiatives with minimal direction, influence without authority, and bring executive presence to every stakeholder interaction.
