About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Support Executive to join our UK Property Management team, operating from our Rajkot office. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our Rajkot-based team and the London client team, supporting day-to-day operations for a UK-based property management company. The ideal candidate is highly organised, an excellent communicator in English, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Communication :
Handle residential property compliance enquiries via phone, email, and Whats App.
Liaise daily with landlords, tenants, UK Council officers, and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all parties, including local authorities.
