Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Custom Applications Manager to lead a large, multi-layered engineering organization supporting custom financial applications. This individual will oversee 5–6 technical leads (each managing teams of 3–12 engineers) and be responsible for driving overall strategy, delivery, and alignment across multiple teams. This is a highly business-facing role focused on leadership, team oversight, and solution direction, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable application strategies. The manager will guide architectural decisions across Python and Java environments, support modernization efforts including agentic/AI-driven initiatives, and ensure quality, performance, and execution across all workstreams.
