Responsibilities

Lead and manage the corporate services law clerks and their legal assistant support team.

Assign and oversee work, ensuring deadlines and quality and efficiency standards are consistently met.

Provide guidance, mentorship and training on work product and procedural matters.

Develop and present seminars and training programs for the department.

Prepare performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster professional growth and collaboration.

Participate in firm-wide initiatives to implement new technologies and processes that optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports pertaining to assignments, evaluations, and other administrative metrics.
