Sr Coordinator

What success looks like in this role:

•Liaises with stakeholders including Client Services & Support, Compliance and related teams to coordinate service / product ordering, delivery, processing and payment.• Performs all required administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner (i.e., data entry / input for client enterprise, claims processing / review, banking and other outsourced types of service.
• Ensures all transactions / enquiries are processed accurately and within agreed upon quality targets and timeframes.
• Troubleshoots data processing issues and provides timely resolution.
• Serves as a point of contact on complaints and problems logged and assists in the reporting and resolution of such complaints and problems.
• Identifies process improvements and recommends opportunities to enhance client services.
• Coordinates and plays a lead role in daily site operational activities.
