Role Overview

As the Senior Commercial Training and Education Manager for SOEUR, you will be a trusted partner to the field, bringing together product expertise, selling skills and coaching to help our teams win in their territories. The role is field based in Spain, ideally based in Barcelona, covering the SOEUR region, with travel of up to 50%. You will sit at the centre of commercial enablement, working closely with sales leadership, marketing and HR to build a highly capable, confident and certified sales organisation.
