Role Overview

At Broadridge, the Sr. Client Policy Analyst, Governance will join a specialized research team operating at the intersection of investor and issuer corporate governance practices. This role is focused on proxy voting across the full lifecycle, including policy implementation, research, execution, data management, and reporting.

This is a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in the evolving corporate governance landscape and its role in capital markets.
