Sr. Channel Sales Development Manager, Ring, Amazon Devices

Description
This role owns the channel sales strategy, and growth execution for Ring products across Japan's off-Amazon retail channels. The Channel Sales Development Manager will work cross-functionally with local account managers, field sales, channel marketing managers and international stakeholders, building relationships with top electronics retailers and driving sales through both top-down corporate engagement and bottoms-up store-level execution. Success will be measured by channel revenue growth, new retailer acquisition, merchandising effectiveness, and sell-through performance at retail partners. The role requires both strategic thinking (identifying new consumer opportunities, designing channel programs) and tactical execution (fixture design, and vendor relationships). This is a high-autonomy role requiring a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and operate independently across Japan's complex retail landscape.
