Job Summary

As a Sr Benefits Analyst , you will play a key role in managing complex benefits administration processes and supporting client relationships. This position requires a deeper level of analysis, ownership of benefits processes, and the ability to resolve escalated issues while ensuring compliance with benefit regulations.

You will be responsible for administering employee benefits programs, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, auditing benefit data, and supporting Open Enrollment and renewal activities. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive communication with clients and stakeholders will ensure accurate benefits administration and high-quality service delivery.
