Sr. AV & Collaboration Solutions Architect

Job Summary The Sr. Staff AV & Collaboration Solutions Architect is an individual contributor role within the Digital Workplace Experience & Design team. This role serves as the enterprise SME on audio and video collaboration technology across a globally distributed estate of 1000+ rooms. The architect defines platform-agnostic AV room standards, owns the remote fleet management architecture, and governs firmware and lifecycle practices across Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Google Meet hardware. Operating within a peer architect model alongside Platform, Workflow, UX, and Governance Architects, this role directs internal operations teams and external AV integrators against those standards while maintaining the technical depth to validate implementations and hold delivery teams accountable. Up to 15% travel required for strategic site visits and platform evaluations.
