Sr. Associate - Marketing Home Cleaning

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end brand strategy for the Mr. Muscle and Drano brands in Mexico, driving sustainable business growth and strengthening brand equity.
• Own the P&L for both brands, accountable for top‑line revenue growth and bottom‑line profitability.
• Develop and execute portfolio management, innovation, brand positioning, and long‑term growth plans.
• Design and implement an integrated media and communications strategy to maximize ROI and business impact.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis, and translate them into actionable business strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, RD&E, Global Marketing) to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
