Sr. Associate – Design Operations – Design Systems

**About the Role:**

As a Design Operations Lead supporting the Amgen Design System, you will drive **adoption, onboarding, and operational excellence** across brands and product teams. You’ll act as the connective tissue between design, engineering, and business stakeholders—ensuring the system is not just built, but effectively used. This role is critical to scaling the system across a complex, multi-brand ecosystem.
