Sr. Accountant

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to support core accounting and financial reporting activities for a real estate portfolio in California. This role plays a key part in period-end close, property-level forecasting, and budget planning while partnering with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, solid general ledger expertise, and the ability to improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Drive monthly closing activities by preparing journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and helping ensure the general ledger is accurate and timely.
