Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join a government contracting organization for a fully remote opportunity in the DC area. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is well suited for a hands-on, detail-oriented accounting specialist who can bring strong technical expertise to daily financial operations and period-end reporting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the general ledger, supporting compliance-focused accounting activities, and using Deltek Costpoint in a deadline-driven environment.


Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly and year-end close activities by preparing schedules, reviewing balances, and ensuring financial records are completed accurately and on time.
