Sr. Accountant

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations for a healthcare organization in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is well suited for someone who can manage financial reporting activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a smooth month-end close. The position offers the opportunity to work across multiple accounting areas, including reconciliations, payroll, fixed assets, and branch-level financial analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Record and review journal entries to ensure financial transactions are accurately reflected in the general ledger.
• Examine account activity, investigate discrepancies, and complete reconciliations to maintain reliable financial records.
• Reconcile bank accounts on a recurring basis and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.
