Responsibilities
Client & Post-Sale Relationship Management
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for assigned clients post‑sale.
- Own ongoing client engagement, ensuring proactive communication and long‑term relationship development.
- Lead wrap reporting and review meetings, transitioning performance insights into forward‑looking planning conversations.
- Drive upsells and incremental growth initiatives across existing accounts.
- Maintain visibility into pipelines and forecasting opportunities.
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on cross‑brand or net‑new introductions when appropriate.
