WeTransact is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.

Your Mission

• Own the account after go‑live : You're the customer's main point of contact once they're live and transactable, and you're accountable for their revenue growth on the marketplace.
• Advise on the right path : You assess where each ISV is and recommend the program or plan that moves them forward, from IP Co‑sell eligibility to Certified Software status to new channels.
• Drive adoption into revenue : You implement the work that converts a live listing into transactions: CRM integration, Crossbeam setup, sales comp parity, and Microsoft incentives.
• Challenge the customer : When results aren't there, you challenge their structure and bring them a revised plan rather than a status update.
