Description
The 3PL/3PA Manufacturing Services Manager is the single-threaded owner of external service provider performance, space planning across warehouse and staging footprints, and inventory optimization at the interface between inbound supply and manufacturing consumption. You will manage provider relationships, drive operational excellence through SLA governance and continuous improvement, and lead strategic projects that scale 3PL/3PA capacity ahead of manufacturing demand

Key job responsibilities
3PL/3PA Operations Oversight & Relationship Management
- Own end-to-end 3PL/3PA performance across kitting, labeling, decant, light assembly, and sub-assembly operations feeding both robotics manufacturing sites.
- Negotiate and govern SLAs, KPIs, and cost structures with providers; conduct quarterly business reviews and drive corrective action when performance deviates.
