Spray Painter/ Manager

Key Responsibilities: Spray painting of carbon fibre components and wheels, including clear gloss and satin finishes Application of specialised coatings, including candy colours as required Ensure high-quality finishes in line with company standards Supervise and coordinate a team consisting of 1 prep technician, 2 polishers, and 6 sanders Manage workflow within the paint shop to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met Maintain paint shop stock levels and control inventory of materials and consumables Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and proper use of equipment Identify and resolve any paint defects or process issues Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in spray painting, specifically with carbon fibre components Experience with clear coats, satin finishes, and specialty paints (e.g. candy colours) Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of paint shop processes and quality control Ability to manage a team and meet production targets High atte...
