This role requires an individual who can confidently run daily sports-centre operations while leading and growing a learn-to-swim programme that serves children and the local community. You will also combine shift-based facility management, customer care and health and safety oversight with delivery and development of Swim Academy provision and commercial activity to increase pool usage.

Working 25 hours per week across rota shifts including some evening and Saturday coverage, you will ensure the centre is safe, welcoming and effectively operated for both school and public users.
