Sport Events Operations & Admin Intern - Logistics Pro

ITP Sport, a branch of ITP media group involved in sports events such as Spartan and Tough Mudder, is looking for driven individuals for ITP Sport and Spartan Race with logistics and tasks.

Interns with this role will have to help with managing, scheduling, problem‑solving, and follow‑ups. They must manage and communicate with other members of the ITP Sport team and must be able to deal with having multiple long‑term tasks at once.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help manage, plan, and operate events and campaigns even on the day of the event.
• Oversee daily business to ensure everything runs smoothly and aligns with internal processes and ITP Sport’s goals.
• Manage time, tasks, information and scheduling for other ITP Sport members.
• Optimize processes and suggest ideas for management and organization.
• Manage resources and allocate staff and equipment.
