This part-time role encompasses leadership within the Pastoral Ministry Team, focusing on delivering meaningful spiritual care to residents, staff, and volunteers. Your ability to connect with diverse individuals will foster a sense of community and belonging at Elim.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead regular and special worship services
