Spiritual Discipleship Pastor Role

Engage in community ministry as the Discipleship Pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Saskatoon, SK. Shape discipleship practices and Life Groups within our vibrant church.

In this full-time role, the Discipleship Pastor will focus on developing a culture of discipleship and equipping church members in their faith. You will lead the Life Group ministry, ensuring that leaders are empowered to disciple others, while also facilitating various equipping seminars throughout the year. Collaborate with church staff to fulfill the mission of growing a diverse faith community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all church discipleship efforts
• Recruit new leaders for Life Groups consistently
• Facilitate the development of impactful Life Groups
• Coordinate equipping seminars for church and community
