LOCATION: Special Education – Watervliet Elementary School
ANTICIPATED DATES: September 2, 2026 through June 25, 2027
BASIC FUNCTION: Remediation of speech and language disorders.
RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Individual and group speech/language therapy in consultation with the Special Education classroom teacher.
Job Qualifications
+ NYS certification as a Teacher of Speech & Hearing Handicapped or Speech & Language Disabilities; and
+ NYS license as a Speech/Language Pathologist preferred.
The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001.
