**Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – High School & Transition Program**

We are hiring a **Speech-Language Pathologist** for a **full-time, onsite school-based role** serving high school students and adult transition populations.

**Position Details:**

+ **Start Date:** August 3, 2026
+ **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
+ **Caseload:** 45–55 students
+ **Setting:** High School + Adult Transition Program
+ **Work Type:** In-person only (no hybrid/virtual options)

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide speech-language therapy services based on IEP goals
+ Manage a moderate caseload of students transitioning to adulthood
+ Collaborate with educators and support staff
