Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant

**Description**
Devereux is seeking a compassionate **Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)** to join our interdisciplinary team supporting children and adolescents with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and behavioral health needs.
In this role, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to implement individualized treatment plans, support communication development, document progress, and collaborate with educators and clinical staff to help each child reach their fullest potential.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
+ Current Texas SLPA license (TDLR) required
+ Experience working with children with special needs preferred
+ Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
+ Valid Texas driver's license
