**Job Description**

AV is looking for a highly talented Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Spectrum Management Office (SMO) within the Office of the Chief Engineer (MDA/CED). This role focuses on advancing mission-critical initiatives through comprehensive spectrum lifecycle management --including system certification, frequency authorization, interference resolution, and global deployment coordination.

Job Description:

+ Provide direct operational and administrative support to the MDA SMO (CED) under the Specialty Engineering Director.
+ Manage and maintain the Frequency Authorization tracker for all MDA missions, ensuring absolute data accuracy and consistency.
+ Develop, author, and submit System Certifications (DD1494) utilizing STEPSTONE and EL-CID programs.
