Specification Specialist

Description

A market‑leading construction products business is looking for a Specification Specialist to join their New Zealand team. This is a rare opportunity to own the specification function nationally for a globally backed brand with a strong presence in the NZ market.

The Role

You’ll be the face of the business to the specifier community, architects, designers, engineers, and head contractors. Your job is to get the product specified early and keep it there through to construction. You’ll manage a national project pipeline, deliver CPD presentations, attend industry events, and work closely with the commercial and product teams to convert specifications into sales.

This is an autonomous, field‑based role. You’ll be given the tools, the product training, and the support to help you get out there and make things happen.
