Position Summary

The Specialty RE Debt Management Associate will be responsible for support and offsetting of workload created by the assets within Debt Manager’s assigned portfolio. This position reports to the Director, but directly supports the general debt management processes of Debt Manager’s including, but not limited to review of draw requests, spreading/tracking of monthly property financials, preparation of credit memorandum and aggregation of data needed for portfolio analytics/analysis. In addition, this position will be a supplemental point of contact for clients, internal Bank parties and external Bank parties associated with their respective portfolio of assets and play a key role alongside Debt Managers in evaluating/recommending potential extensions, renewals or other modificati...
