We are seeking an experienced Specialized IT Consultant to support critical healthcare and HRIS applications within a large public sector environment. This role involves Tier 2 application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and client support for enterprise healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for HRIS and healthcare-related applications
• Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and application issues through ticketing systems
• Support payroll, scheduling, leave management, financial, and materials management applications
• Coordinate with DBAs, system administrators, network teams, and security specialists
