Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 2 coordinators. 1 based in Montreal and the other in Charny.
• Collaborate with the existing team to maintain the Health and Safety culture and facilitate development.
• Be aware of the prevention program and its procedures and ensure the proper maintenance of the program.
• Accompany and audit in order to maintain valuable work practices.
• Implement the training plan for employees and train them.
• Develop tools, improvement processes and communication means to facilitate the management of occupational health and safety.
• Participate in OHS programs such as heat stroke prevention, gas exposure prevention, reporting and investigation/analysis, hazard identification, preparation of postings.
• Learn and use the systems, computer and mobile software in support of the Sainte-Rosalie, Montreal and Quebec districts.
