About the Role

Reporting to the Principal, Transformation, the Specialist is accountable for the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives from initial assessment and solution design through implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role goes beyond project coordination; the successful candidate will take ownership of initiatives, proactively remove roadblocks, challenge the status quo, drive stakeholder accountability, and work hands‑on alongside business teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.
