Working under general direction, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.

Responsibilities
ATS-Driven End-to-End Recruitment.
Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the full candidate lifecycle, from posting jobs and tracking applications to coordinating interviews and transitioning selected candidates to onboarding.
Proactive Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building.
Identify and engage high-caliber, diverse talent by combining professional networks and social media to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Candidate Screening & Evaluation.
