Responsible for the Fixed Asset Management. The full cycle of the fixed asset process includes assignment of Capital and Expense Project numbers, creation of Fixed Asset numbers, performing fixed asset disposals, executing transfer transactions in SAP, month‑end capital accruals, and preparing sub‑reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor new Capex Projects.
• Maintain fixed asset management records.
• Prepare sub‑reports for month‑end closing.
• Monitor open projects that are overdue.
• Research items and make adjusting journal entries as necessary; download SAP reports to complete audit workpapers.
• Prepare reconciliations for assigned accounts within the Blackline system.
• Provide support for internal and external audit and serve as an SAP super user.
